*Once the sale is live on Thursday, 4/11/24 at 9am, customers can call (231-492-0308) or email (thespareroomsales@gmail.com) to purchase items with a credit card. Customers can call now to schedule a time to come to the sale in person between 4/11 at 9am and 4/16 at 3pm.
*As items sell, they will be marked sold on the photos.
*Items will need to be picked up by 4/24/24.
*The address will not be published on our website or estatesales.net and will only be revealed to those requesting to come in person to shop or to pick up previously purchased items. The home is on Old Mission Peninsula.
*We have a furniture mover on standby who will move your items from the sale into your home for an hourly fee.
